limited air supply. Other factors such as depth, experience, conditioning, and currents affect the amount of time one can be underwater. |

An individual can only bind their chest for a certain amount of time due to limited
air supply. More than 8 hours and the ribcage begins to constrict, cutting air flow, circulation. Other factors such as transphobia, back pain, soreness, chafing, and rashes affect the amount of time one can be underwater. |
